• Request must pass staff approval and copyright checks

Copyright & Content Rules

• You confirm you own or have written permission for any artwork/logos used

• No infringing, hateful, or NSFW content; must comply with CityLife rules and major streaming-platform TOS

• CityLife may deny or remove assets that fail vetting or violate policies

Timeline

• After you redeem your token via ticket and your request is approved, the work enters our queue.

• Delivery occurs during normal patch cycles. Timing can vary based on the queue and review.

Refunds/Changes

• Tokens are reviewed before design begins. Once design work starts, the token is generally non-refundable. Change requests are handled case-by-case during the design phase.
